Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging in resellable condition.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2 weeks of the return. All shipping costs, duties, and taxes on purchases, returns, and exchanges will be the responsibility of the original purchaser and will not be refunded. Exchanges are processed on basis of availability and can’t be used for out-of-stock items. Canceled orders will incur a $10 restocking fee.

Resellers who sell our product without our consent are not entitled to any further warranty or money-back guarantees beyond what is described here. www.junomallet.com will not honor third-party returns without our written consent.

However, please also note that we do not accept the returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Therefore, please email us at service@junomalletlondon.com, to notify us that your item is about to be returned, along with the detailed reason, the order number, and the contact details for better arrangement.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE A REFUND? Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 3 business days. Campaigns or holidays may delay the processing of your refund. For any faults that develop beyond this period, we ask that you refer to the warranty section to inform us of the fault. All faults that result from misuse and battery replacement by anyone other than a watch repairer will not be covered under the money-back guarantee or warranty; 

2-YEAR WARRANTY

Watches are covered under warranty for a 2-year after the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The obligations of www.junomallet.com here are limited to repair or replacement at its option. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use, modification, opening the watch, or self-inflicted damage. The warranty excludes the strap, battery, and excessive wear to the case or crystal. Watches are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. The buyer is required to produce proof of purchase upon request.
